Description: 

1. PET Sheet Extrusion Machine is a combination of Raw material handling system, Extruder, Special Vacuum system,Special Screen Changer, melt pump, T-die, Three roll calender, temperature controller, Edge trimming unit, Edge trimming winder, Silicone coating & dryer, Haul-off, Winder, electric control cabinet and spare parts.

Screw and barrel adopt 38CrNiMoA,♦Special design of PET single-screw extruder; to match crystallize & dehumidify-dryer ♦Special design of PET vented single-screw extruder; to match crystallize ♦Vented single-screw extruder match the European technology vaccum vent & vacuum system ♦Special design of PET single-screw/ vented single-screw extruder is best choice of the productions of decoration sheet(GAG), disposable cups,etc. ♦Universal Extruder design for 100% PET flakes or mixture of virgin + flakes, also available for running PR HIPS, PLA.
3. Good plasticizing, fast cooling, high output and stability, full automatic controlled by PLC.
4. This machine is suitable for mono-layer or multi-layer PET, PP, HIPS plastic sheet. It's widely used in the fields of plastic thermoforming products: stationery folders, decorative sheet, deep cups over 18cm, fruit & vegetable containers, food/ cake boxes, egg trays, seedling trays, electric trays, medical sheet, cups...
5. It adopts EU standard design. Siemens parts: motor, inverter, HIM, PLC control, buttons, air breaker; JCtimes: melt pump, T-die; GNORD: gearbox;  NSK: roll bearing.

PLC (S7-1500, Siemens) screen: monitors all the temperature, speed, current and load rate of the whole production line. It has data processing function on screen: temperature, speed and pressure have trend curve for inquiry; alarm information display, as well as detailed historical alarm records, storage and transfer of process formula data.
