Feeding-Unit:

Forming-Unit:

Cutting-Unit:

The upper and lower mold parts of this machine are all made of casting structure, which is Tdurable. he plane accuracy of the mold table reaches (±0.005MM) to ensure that the flatness error of the mold clamping is small, and the high-speed movement does not damage the knife edge. With automatic mold clamping device
The time coordination action of the upper and lower mold tables can be adjusted individually to ensure that the die is not damaged during punching; the upper and lower mold tables are equipped with manual mold adjustment devices, It is convenient for punching and cutting the upper and lower molds to align.
The upper mold table is designed with a lifting function. The height of the mold table can be set directly, which is more convenient to adjust the cutting depth. The maximum adjustment range is 130m
